Roles and Resposibilities

  • Connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social platforms.

  • Understand customer requirements and explain company offerings clearly.

  • Generate and qualify leads through online research and outreach.

  • Follow up with potential customers and maintain conversation records.

  • Assist in closing deals under the guidance of senior team members.

  • Maintain daily activity reports and basic data in Excel/CRM.

  • Continuously learn sales techniques and improve communication skills.



    Preferred Skill Set
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English (basic is enough).

  • Comfortable talking to people and building relationships.

  • Willing to learn, grow, and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic knowledge of smartphones and computers.

  • Disciplined, positive, and responsible attitude.
